Korbach Forged is located at Bukkumweg 6F, 5081 CT in Hilvarenbeek, and registered as a general partnership (vof) in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under registration number 89487036. Korbach Forged specializes in the design, development, import, and online sale of custom-made automotive wheels.

These general terms and conditions outline the terms under which you may purchase products from us. If any part is unclear, feel free to contact us at sales@korbachforged.com.

‍Article 1 – Definitions
‍Korbach Forged: the importer and seller of the products.
‍Consumer: a private individual not acting in a professional or business capacity.
‍Business customer: a professional or legal entity.
‍Buyer: any Consumer or Business customer placing an order.
‍Distance sale: any sale made online, by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
‍Agreement: a contract between Korbach Forged and the Buyer.
‍Website: www.korbachforged.com.

‍Article 2 – Applicability
‍These terms apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries by or on behalf of Korbach Forged. Any general conditions from Business customers are excluded. Deviations are valid only if confirmed by us in writing. We may update these terms at any time. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force. Specific agreement terms override these general terms. By accepting a quote, you accept these terms.

‍Article 3 – Offers
‍Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days. Prices include VAT for Consumers and exclude VAT for Business customers, unless stated otherwise.You must provide accurate and complete information. Agreements include only the products described in the offer. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. Promotions are valid while supplies last.

‍Article 4 – Agreement Formation
‍An agreement is formed when you approve the quotation in writing or when we confirm your order by email. Communication may take place via common digital methods.

‍Article 5 – Orders
Our forged wheels are custom-built. While a 3D render or visual representation may be provided, production begins exclusively upon receipt of the required down payment as specified in Article 10. Images, renders, and sketches are strictly indicative; actual product colors and finishing details may differ. We deliver based on what can reasonably be expected unless otherwise agreed. Products comply with the offer and legal standards. Orders cannot be canceled or altered once the down payment has been received by Korbach Forged.

‍Article 6 – Delivery
Products are made to order. Depending on the option selected by the Buyer and specified in the offer or Agreement, the estimated delivery time is either 5–6 weeks or 10–12 weeks. The agreed delivery period shall only commence from the moment Korbach Forged has received the full down payment as stated in Article 10. Delivery times are strictly indicative and do not constitute a fatal deadline (fatale termijn). No rights, compensations, discounts, or grounds for dissolution of the Agreement can be derived by the Buyer from any delays or failure to meet the estimated delivery times, regardless of the cause of the delay. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly. Products are shipped to the address you provide or can be picked up by arrangement. Incorrect addresses are your responsibility. Risk transfers to you upon delivery. You must accept the delivery; refusal may lead to storage fees. Shipping costs are separate unless stated otherwise.

‍Article 7 – Buyer Obligations
‍Inspect the product upon delivery and report defects immediately via sales@korbachforged.com. Follow product instructions. Do not use corrosive substances. Improper use voids liability.

‍Article 8 – Warranty & Liability
‍Legal warranty applies. Paint is covered for 1 year; structural defects are covered for 3 years (non-transferable). Warranty excludes damage caused by: - Pressure washers
- Corrosive or chemical agents
- Curb damage, stone chips, corrosion
- Incorrect tire installation or valve use
- Improper handling or unauthorized disassembly
- Use of spacers, adapters, or wrong tire sizes
- Misuse, off-road use, or cosmetic damage after mounting

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by our insurer. Claims expire after 12 months.

‍Article 9 – No Right of Withdrawal
‍Because our wheels are custom-made, you do not have a statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under Dutch consumer law.

‍Article 10 – Prices & Payment
Prices may be updated and are clearly stated in each offer. For custom-made orders, a down payment (as specified in the offer or invoice) is required before production commences. Payment is made via a dedicated checkout page or bank transfer, referencing the invoice number where applicable. Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to shipment or delivery of the products, and at the latest within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of products until full payment is received. Late payments may incur interest and collection costs. Complaints do not suspend your payment obligation (except for Consumers).

Article 11 – Privacy
‍Our Privacy Policy applies. It outlines what personal data we collect, for what purpose, and how long we retain it. We only use your data for stated purposes.

‍Article 12 – Complaints
‍Complaints must be reported in writing within 14 days (Consumers have 2 months). We will respond within 14 days and aim to resolve the issue. Consumers may also submit complaints via the ODR platform. Complaints do not suspend payment (except for Consumers).

‍Article 13 – Intellectual Property
‍All designs, images, and content are owned by Korbach Forged. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Customers are responsible for using any brand logos on wheels. We are not affiliated with any car brands or aftermarket brands. All models are our original property.

‍Article 14 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
‍Disputes will be handled by the court of Zeeland-West-Brabant, unless Dutch law requires otherwise. Dutch law applies to all agreements.
